Our work focuses on electric motors that are perfectly matched to the individual requirements of our customers. This makes us independent and is also the basis for the very special interaction with our customers.

Fischer Elektromotoren – a family business you can rely on
Since our foundation in 1964 by August Fischer, we have always kept an eye on the future. We have developed from motor winders to internationally successful manufacturers of electric motors and have gradually expanded our production. However, we have harmonised every phase of growth with our value-oriented thinking. To this day, we consistently rely on production at our headquarters in Billigheim-Allfeld – because this is where our roots lie, including in terms of our employees.
As an owner-managed family business, in which the third generation of the family has already assumed responsibility in the management, we practise our convictions together and thus create consistency and stability.

Responsibility, reliability and continuity: that is what we stand for as a family business. We have the courage to hold our own opinions and confidently break new ground. Short-term profit is not the top priority. Long-term, successful cooperation determines our actions.
For our business partners, we want to be the innovative, powerful impulse generator and electric motor manufacturer that can be relied upon – with no ifs and buts. We are also committed to our employees, because as an employer we want to offer sustainable, expandable jobs. Unsteady ups and downs do not correspond to our philosophy.
