Sustainability for society, for the environment and in the supply chain.

In our company history and as part of our Code of Conduct, topics such as sustainability and responsibility towards people and our environment are not just empty promises. As a family-run, medium-sized company, we consider sustainable behavior to be an essential basis for a successful future worth living in.

We understand sustainability as a process with a long-term impact that is comprehensive and multi-dimensional in its development. We cannot live today at the expense of future generations; after all, everyone who comes after us should have a future worth living in. This way of thinking does not only apply to our home region and our immediate surroundings, but affects all areas of our lives and economic activity worldwide and is therefore the task of society as a whole.

Sustainability goals concern all of us.

Back in 2015, 193 countries adopted the 2030 Agenda, defining the Sustainable Development Goals for socially, economically and ecologically sustainable development.
Fischer Elektromotoren GmbH supports the achievement of these goals within the scope of its possibilities. The topics within the scope of this goal are diverse and include areas such as Human rights, decent work and economic growth, reducing inequalities, climate protection measures and more sustainable consumption and production.

Climate protection can only succeed if we all contribute.

Yes, the climate protection targets in Germany are ambitious and not easy to achieve. However, the fact is that we urgently need to reduce harmful CO₂ emissions. Fischer Elektromotoren GmbH is doing a lot to make production processes as resource-efficient as possible. We also aim to generate our electricity from renewable energies wherever possible.

Our environmentally conscious actions comprise six important points:
  • Use of energy-efficient technologies and renewable energies
  • Reduction of CO₂ emissions through sustainable logistics and production processes
  • Recycling and reuse of materials
  • Waste avoidance concepts
  • Functional and sensible use of electromobility
  • Power generation with large-scale solar systems

Our responsibility for sustainability does not end with climate protection measures.

As already mentioned, sustainability means far more than just environmental protection. We also see sustainable behavior as part of consistently protecting the future – for our customers, employees and society.
We see ourselves as a holistic, future-oriented company whose responsibility goes beyond pure production processes. This includes:

  1. Durable and efficient products.
    – Development of high-quality electrical products with a long service life
    – Focus on energy efficiency (e.g. low energy consumption, smart control systems)
  2. Social responsibility
    – Fair working conditions and promotion of employee development
    – Involvement in regional projects and training initiatives
  3. Economic sustainability
    – Long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers
    – Investments in future-proof technologies

Our sustainability profile at Integrity Next

Based on our own commitment and our own will to act responsibly, we pursue the following strategy in terms of economic efficiency:

Quality management ISO 9001 – certified

integrated:

-Environmental management (ISO14001) of our own accord
-Energy management (ISO50001) of our own accord
-Occupational health and safety (ISO45001) in accordance with the legal framework and additionally externally supervised
-Data security / IT security (ISO27001) in accordance with the legal framework and also externally managed
-THG – CO₂ reduction (GHGP) of our own efforts with CO₂ balance and strategy

You will find our commitment to this formulated within our COC.

In addition to ISO 9001, we do not carry out any additional certifications, as we believe that an external assessment with additional high costs in an environment of growing cost pressure does not motivate us to tackle the issues contained in the respective standards.

We act out of our own motivation and conduct external assessments in cooperation with our customers via the following two platforms. The result of the respective platform shows which services and results the Fischer company successfully reflects.
